Joe is the best! He is helpful, knowledgeable and does a fantastic job. We have used Perfect Plumbing a few times now and every experience with him has been great. I highly recommend Joe with Perfect Plumbing and Rooter.

Joe answered right away and gave me a window between 1 and 5. Text to let me know he. Was on his way. Explained everything he had to do and the price. He was very professional and cleaned up when he was done. Sent my invoice by email, nothing to sign and he left.  I would definitely use them again.

Joe was there on time, helped to fix the issue with my toilet did I tried myself, but didn't succeed, all on short notice after a holiday. Amazing customer service and is always willing to help a homeowner with what one needs to maintain their home. I recommend Perfect Plumbing as my 1st choice!

The plumber was prompt, courteous and efficient.  I was happy for the quick response especially at this busy time of year in south Florida and to have the problem resolved quickly.

Joe was the best! We had a water leak under the kitchen sink and he fixed it in less than a minute. Then we had a water leak under our toilet and although that job took a little longer, he did it like an expert. I highly recommend him and Perfect Plumbing! Definitely give them a call!

Have to to add another great review Joe just finished installing a new water heater !   What a relief no worries now about breakdowns or flooding from rusty bottoms. The work was done completely dbl checked and we will always recommend Perfect Plumbing!

Our hot water heater was leaking and Joe came right out and gave a fair estimate. He replaced the hot water heater today and installed new plumbing around it and did a great job! Clean, efficient and reliable. We already set up another appointment to put a new drain in the master bath shower for next week. Very happy.

I had started a fix on my toilet but I encountered an issue that I believe needed professional help. I gave them a call and they set up a time we're very professional. Came out and looked over the job and was able to see a simpler solution than what I had thought the job had needed. Was able to complete the job quickly. The reason I give three stars is that I feel that they overcharged me for the amount of work done. But they were the first ones to actually get back to me when I called. And I just wanted the toilet fixed. I do recommend them but they are little expensive. Also the technician was a little terse but that could have just been his disposition.
