  Had an emergency issue. They told us they would take care of it that day. No-show, and also hung up on us when we called to check on when they would be out. Maybe just tell us you can’t do the job next time.

  Incompetent. I told them exactly where a leak was behind a wall (according to my wife, who watched them) and they simply put their ear to the wall and said there wasn’t a leak, and that it was coming from the roof. Mind you there is a wet spot on the wall exactly where it’s leaking. I brought in another plumber and they found and fixed it in a matter of 15 minutes. The sad part is that they won’t drop the bill. Might as well be a scam.
