  I had just lost my husband and he wasn't happy with the fact I had to much in his way,and I needed a shut off valve changed and he wouldn't do it, I had to get another contractor in the house the same day

  Worked with Brian over the phone. Was very clear about the repair and the cost. Got a quote via email. Final price was very close to the quoted price. Eric was the one who did the work on my shower. EXACTLY ON TIME!!!! Was here at 7:30am sharp! Eric was able to clearly explain what was wrong with my shower! Shower works great now! Left a small mess, but was to be expected, he was there to fix my shower not clean my bathroom. Very professional all the way around, will use again for future plumbing repairs!

  We had a weekend emergency. I left a voicemail on the emergency line. JD called me back right away. He even apologized for taking so long to call as they were really busy. I didn't think it was long at all. He went above and beyond his duties to be helpful. We ended up having to have our septic pumped so the work couldn't be completed by B&S but if I were rating this company on the responsiveness, knowledge and friendliness I would give them an A+. You should give him a bonus!
