  Seems like a good company but one bad apple has ruined that image. Make sure you keep these workers in your supervision or one may want to see what you have.

  We were called by the management company of this complex, where Mr. Ford previously resided, because of multiple water leaks occurring over several floors. This was an extreme emergency situation and all the technicians were working rapidly to fix leaks. According to property maintenance and the techs working, in several units, they had to move items that were in the path of work. No one was interested or had time to peruse any tenants belongings.
