Our neighbor has a system installed by Childress and they had nothing but a good experience so we contacted Miles. We bought a new water heater and complete heating and AC for our first floor.  The guys were great and did an excellent job installing.  Then I decided to have a split unit installed in my shed and have them service our downstairs unit. Come to find out there was a leak in that unit so we decided to have it replaced.  We requested the same crew, Jimmy, John, and Kenny. Absolutely incredible guys. They were 100 % professional. They never had a problem answering any of my questions. Just an awesome company and would refer to anyone! Thank you for the great work!

The Best Customer Service from All!! Came out on Tuesday and replaced Heat, Air, and Hot water heater on Thursday. The three guys were very Professional, Respectful, Courteous, and The Best Personalities! They did a fantastic job! And Mr. Miles Cooke was always very respectful on all my calls to him! We have used Childress Heating and Air Conditioning for over 10 years, and have always had great service, be it to install new air units, repairs or services on our air units. We have used them at our personal residence twice and as always from the start with great customer service and great scheduling to prompt service. Childress' excellent service, from Elizabeth in scheduling to service techs Jimmy H. and John H., did an excellent job, showed up on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. We highly recommend them for business or personal home care, they prices are reasonable and their service are excellent.

Today October 26th 2018. I spoke to a lady by the name of Elizabeth. She had the best customer service I have ever received with anything I have ever been involved with. And to top everything off the tech (Lucas) that came out was very respectful and very knowledgeable about what had to be done. Childress Heating & Air Conditioning is very lucky to have employees working for them. Its not everyday I take the time out to recognize someone work, but i thought i should share to the world the experience and great customer service. Great team at Childress from start to finish. This is the second time I've used them the first being for a mini-split install in my sun room and this time for my Central HVAC replacement. Both times they have been the best price for the job. This installation, of my main HVAC, went off without a hitch. The guys were polite, on time and had me up and running before I expected. I'd recommend Childress to anyone who needs expert HVAC work done at a decent price.
