  When I had a water problem with my washing machine that turned out be a bigger poor Len that I could handle. Mainly water in the laundry room first then it dropped through that level and dripped onto the floor below. It was a total mess one I’ve never had to encounter before. When I called my insurance company but I already knew that I wanted Spartan emergency water removal services. I already knew about them from my main man DJ. DJ has always told me about the magic the Spartan could do with water removal I just didn’t think that I would need those services. This was a terrible situation but I believe it was remedied the absolute best way with Spartan they were quick, efficient, responsive and available. I didn’t think all of those qualities were possible in one company but I found them in Spartan and Alex. Alex was the first person to come to my residence and provide excellent top tier customer service. He was personable and really put my mind at ease for the whole horrible and random scenario. Definitely would recommend. 11 out 10 stars. Every. Single. Time.

  The entire Spartan team was extremely helpful in a very stressful situation. They worked with our insurance and did a great job documenting and submitting our claims so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The remediation team was prompt professional, and did a great job with the cleanup. They worked crazy long hours and kept us informed every step of the way. Another crew packed out our belongings, wrapped and protected everything, and again kept us informed all along. They stored everything for an extended period of time and scheduled return when it was convenient for us. All of our property was returned undamaged and well protected. The crew was very professional and went to great lengths to keep our new floors clean even when faced with muddy conditions. They worked very hard but were very pleasant. I would definitely use Spartan again and will recommend them to anyone needing similar services.

  We selected Spartan because they were referred to us by a reliable source to fix water damaged master bath and lower level ceiling. Overall we are very happy with the finished product. Mike R. was exceptional in managing the rebuild project (responsive, professional, courteous, goes above and beyond). Travis B. was exceptionally skilled in all trades (professional, courteous, goes above and beyond) including ceiling drywall/paint, shower door/pan installation.
