Haven't been for many years until today. The guy running the warehouse apologized for the wait time and took care of replacing the back shower wall that was cracked in the box they brought out. Very professional, knowledgeable, and sincere people, him and his boss. Didn't get their names but being a bathroom contractor will definitely look at ordering more from them.

Great showroom with an awesome selection of Bath and Kitchen products! They even carry Nasoni fountain faucets and bathroom water filters!

Very good experience. After Ferguson's tried to gouge me, I came here and saved a fortune. Cassidy was amazing to work with.

Highly recommend Noland for all bathroom needs!!  Super friendly staff that are very accommodating for a personalized experience.  I will use this store for ALL my future bathroom purchases.  Rhonda and Cassidy were amazing and great to work with!  Beautiful showroom!

My experience was horrible.  They first sent me the wrong item.  I asked for a 32 x 60 shower stall and they sent me a tub/shower stall .  They then took that back and gave me 30 x 60.  I wasn't there when the contractor installed and it was way to small so of course I couldn't take it back and I am stuck paying our $769 for a shower stall that I can't use.  Don't waste your time go to Ferguson's or somewhere else.  They had no options for me to get my money back.  Not good customer service.  $769 cost them in the long run because I would never recommend anyone to them after that.

We did everything possible to resolve your problem, but poor planning and poor job management were something that we could not control.  As you stated, we provided you a return due to your  miscommunication, but what you left out was that we emailed you specifications that included measurements, pictures, etc. on what we were shipping and you approved them.  We're not sure exactly what we could have done for you except manage your job for you or, as we highly suggested, have you visit our showroom and make your selections in person so that you were positive that you will like what you ordered.

Best of luck with your future projects.  We sincerely hope that you have better experiences and plan properly.  If you need help with that, we're always here.
