The actual repair work is good but the customer service sucks. They will not give you an appointment but put you on a list. I waited 9 hours the first day for somebody to come out and say they couldn’t fix the problem and would have to come out the next. They said that it was a gas leak and a priority but the next day they didn’t show up for another 6 hours. If you call them they will tell you that you’re next on the list and it would be 30 minutes. Don’t believe it. Again their technicians are good.

I appreciate the professionalism and thoughtfulness of this gentleman. He came early, explained everything they would do to replace my furnace and went to work. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about discussing any issues. Terrific company with employees that truly care! Thank you.

Joseph and the CCAC team were very responsive and up-front and helpful. I found their company to be of the best value, by far, and the customer service before my first appointment was great. I received a text with Joseph's photo so I knew who to expect and when they were on their way. They explained everything to us and were very helpful and transparent.
