Brandon did an incredible job. He found the break in the pipe, fixed it and filled in the floor that had to be removed. The work was done so quickly and they thoroughly cleaned up the area . I would highly recommend Brandon and Carter's plumbing.

Derrick and Shane were pleasant and knowledgeable. They inspected several issues and repaired a leak in my laundry. I was very pleased with job they did in a short time. I will use Carter's in the future.

We called Carter's plumbing to come out and give an estimate for replacing a copper gas line. They charged $90 just for coming to give a quote that was extremely overpriced at $1500. If we did the work with them the $90 would go towards it, but because the price was so high, it lead me to look elsewhere. I found plenty of other places willing to come out and give a quote for FREE. Had I known I would have NEVER had them come out. As a result of the FREE quotes, we got the work done for $285 total. Even with the loss of $90 it was over $1000 less expensive than if we had gone with them. Don't waste your money paying for a quote! Find a place that will quote you for free and it's also likely to cost much less in the long run as well!

Rachel, I am so sorry that you were not happy with the estimate we left you. I hope to better clarify on the complaints you made, in an effort to show how much we care and why we cannot charge $285.00 for a gas line. As a trusted and licensed company, we cannot charge handyman pricing. Our pricing is based on the national average, time spent on the job and other details such as permits. All gas line replacements require a permit and an inspection with the township. I am not sure how you paid $285.00 for the whole gas repair when the permit should be between $150.00 and $200.00. Our pricing has the customer's safety and Michigan Code requirements built into it. It is never our intention to overcharge or create issues with our customers.
