Joe B was highly professional and a skilled plumber. I had a tanked water heater that was leaking and we decided to switch to tankless. Joe planned the installation over 10 minutes and brought all the tools he needed the next day. He came in at 9.30 am with his helper Peyton and they did an amazing job from planning the installation, running the gas lines, running the water lines. The project wasn't simple yet he made it look effortless. Around 10 am, another senior project manager stopped by and checked on Joe's plan and work. Personally, I appreciate that a lot since installation involved drilling holes in the siding of the house. They treated my house with utmost professionalism and I am extremely happy with the results. Now, I have unlimited hot water and a team of reliable plumbers I could recommend to neighbors and friends. The project pricing wasn't cheap but worth every penny to support a local business that hires skilled tradesman.

My 5 1/2 year old water heater began leaking over a weekend. It was under warranty, but the original installer could not be reached. I contacted the manufacturer and they provided me with a return shipping authorization. The replacement had to be sourced from the original seller who was located on the opposite side of Indianapolis. I had heard good feedback regarding Carter Plumbing and contacted them to see if they could get the heater and install it for me, even though it was not one of their brands. I had a very positive experience with them! I contacted them first thing on a Monday morning and immediately was able to speak with their rep. They quickly agreed to pick up the water heater and install it the same day at a reasonable price. Brandon Y. plus his helper were very pleasant and courteous, explained what they would be doing and then performed the removal of the old and installation of the new. When they finished, everything was left clean. The plumbing appearance was better than the old installation. I definitely will use Carter’s Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Carter's My Plumber did a great job! Larry and his crew were very professional and courteous. Worked extremely hard at getting the very large job done in a timely manner (re piping the entire house and installing a shower stall). They were all very respectful of me as well as my home. I would highly recommend Carter's My Plumber for all your plumbing needs! Thank you, Larry and crew!
