I had a plumbing emergency at my rent house in Flint. Lane with Carroll Plumbing came out within a couple of hours of the call. It was a Saturday and I expected the bill to be high. It was not. Lane worked with my renters, trusted me to pay, and got everything fixed up quickly. I hadn't worked with Carroll Plumbing before, but they are the only plumbing repair business I will call in the future. Great service! Excellent customer service! Quality work at an affordable price.

I contacted Carroll Plumbing after being completely disappointed and frustrated with the services of another local plumbing company (not returning calls, not able to solve the problem after 4 visits). He listened to my problem, requested photos and asked questions. He suggested a fix that I could do myself or he'd come do it for me, which worked like a charm! After over a month with 2 out of 3 showers being inoperable, I now have 3 working showers! Carroll will be my only go to for any plumbing issues! Thank you!

When I called Carroll plumbing, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they arrived to fix my problem toilet. I received a text confirming that they were on their way. It also had a picture of Lane so I knew who to expect. Both were pleasant and quiet. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I will suggest that they have available booties to cover their shoes when servicing homes that have carpet.
