  We have been using them for years. Always professional and gives us all the info we need to make a decision. Recently our water heater thermostat kept shutting off. Scheduled an appointment and the guys came out on time and replaced the thermostat.

  Awesome Service. Called them for a second opinion and got an easy fix where the other company said it was a huge problem. They got it done right away for a simple service charge. They are my plumber for all my rental properties from now on!!

  We wanted to relocate our water heater and asked them to do it. They did but rather than route the plastic pipe under the insulation they ran them straight up into the air in the attic then bent them over and down into the closet we wanted them moved to. Now we have hot water quicker into the bathroom than into the kitchen. If our heat ever goes out when it’s freezing outside our pipes will burst in the attic. I called their office several times to get an itemized statement for the $2500.00 they charged to no avail! I finally insisted on one. When the lady in the office finally provided an answer why I couldn’t get it she said the boss said if he did provide one he would have to add tax! I replaced a faucet in the bathroom about a year later and had a leak at the jam nut and I don’t know why but I called them again. They showed up an hour later then they said they would, they tightened the jam nut with a pair of slip-joint pliers (less than one minute) and charged $125.00. The man told me that I should have asked for him to call me and I could have saved that $125.00! I told her the reason for my call and I am sure she told him what I needed but he took advantage of my ignorance and charged me for a service call. I will never use them again and would advise anyone else to steer clear of them!
