  Jarrod did a fantastic job, removing and installing our new water heater. He was professional, courteous, and personable. His attention to detail and industry knowledge was refreshing and set our minds at ease. We had a great experience from our initial phone calls, to the quoting process, and all the way to project completion. We will definitely use Carolina Conditions in the future and recommend them (and Jarrod specifically) to our friends and family. Quality service. Highly recommend.

  Jeff is awesome he provided excellent customer service, is a professional and you get service with a smile. Jeremy was working with Jeff for my appointment and both are an asset to the company. Jeff is the technician I want to take care of my unit because you can tell he knows what he is doing and he loves his job. I had the good fortune of choosing a premiere company to install my new TRANE AC unit and new Duct work. CAROLINA CONNECTIONS IS AN AWESOME COMPANY. In a sea of companies, I found the most professional company in Columbia. The unit I purchased is awesome and the staff has provided A1 FIRST class service. They are happy working with each other and it makes the entire experience really amazing. I look forward to utilizing their range of services including electrical and plumbing. I actually enjoyed what could have been a difficult experience. I shopped around and got at least 5 estimates and this company hands down gave the best sales presentation, office management, price, customer service, installation and overall ease. This is a must try company if you want the best overall professional customer service experience, with technical know how, and it’s all given with a smile. The company earned all five stars as a team, and Mr Jeff H. is the best technician in the business.

  Patrick Thompson was my electrician. He installed two abalone-shell chandeliers in my bathrooms for me, and he did a GREAT job! He was pleasant and helpful - very professional and friendly. I would always welcome him here.
