  I am in property management and have been working with AAA Accurate for over 20 years. From small repairs to major slab repairs, they are always courteous and responsive. On any job I have had them on, I never had to worry about the work not being completed properly. When it came time to replace all of the old polybutylene water lines in my mother's house, I knew who to call. They have never let me down.

  I would have used them but… I called them on Tuesday to set up a service repair for a AO Smith hot water heater that was covered under the manufacturer’s warranty on Tuesday. They didn’t bother to call back at all. I called them back on Veterans Day, and was told they no longer do service repairs for the manufacture. That’s all well and good; however, they could have returned my phone call so that I can find someone else to help me out. Common courtesy is in short supply with this company.

  I recently had an issue in my home and called out a technician, who ended up telling me everything was fine, and there wasnt actually a problem. He then went on to say, because he did not actually do anything i would not get charged. A week later i noticed they charged me $189, and i have not received an invoice or reason why.
