From the appointment call to the service call I was treated with kindness and respect. I was very pleased with the quick response to our home being without adequate heat in freezing temperatures. Our service technician was professional, personable, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The work we had done was affordable. We will definitely use Campbell and Company for our HVAC needs in the future.

Edited to add: We were contacted by the company and they were very professional and eager to make us satisfied customers. I appreciated them reaching out to me and breaking down the cost. Great customer service! We had a broken pipe to our outside faucet that they fixed. They had great customer service but the pricing seemed outrageous. It was $108 just for them to come out to look at it and then for a 15 minute job of replacing one small pipe was almost $500. The guys were very kind and helpful.

What an amazing experience with Campbell HVAC TECH Erik. He was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and ever so much the Professional. He took the time to explain what was going on with my heating system and why. He clearly explained what was wrong and my options to repairing it and the cost of parts and repair. What a great man I highly recommend Erik .
