  Had a cracked sewer pipe, and the guy did a great job repairing it. However was charged $2,250 to do the job. Was told it would be a day long job by his crew, but it only took one guy two hours to complete the repair. With about $250 in supply costs, that's about $1000/hour for labor. That's a little outrageous cost. Be sure to get a second quote from another plumber.

  They came at the set appointment time which was nice and fixed a fitting atop the water heater that was leaking but come to find out the waterheater it self had a leak as well and was slowly geting worse. Thier quote for a new waterheater was the same as other companies I called. He swapped out the old for the new waterheater pretty quickly and they didn't charge me for the fitting he first fixed just the water heater replacment which was awesome. I would definitely call them again if an issue like this were to happen again. The guy was professional and had a good attitude.

  I am a person who rarely writes a review for anything. But I must say how impressed I was with Jason. He was awesome to work with! I had my downstairs flooded and called Tri-City Plumbing. Jason picked up immediately and spent 20-30 minutes on the phone being calm and patient with me when most would be too busy. He tried to have me troubleshoot some ideas to fix my problem, just so I could save some money. He is down to earth, honest, and reliable. I HIGHLY recommend going through Tri-Plumbing and Mechanical for any of your plumbing needs.
