  They were a day earlier than expected, the installer worked hard and when the brand new unit needed a new part they came out with it the very next day and kept us in the loop. The installer was great about cleaning up and there was nothing we had to clean up after they left, they tech, installer, and Roxanne were great to deal with. We had a problem with how the line set was ran and she insured it was corrected as soon as possible. We had a few hiccups along the way but overall it was great business and no one is perfect. Look forward to having them service our new unit over its lifetime. Thank you for correcting our issues and making things right for us.

  We have been a customer of Callabresi Heating and Cooling for a long time and have always received prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service from this company. We live in McPherson and Jeff is our go to guy for any problems with our AC unit or our heating system. We have a Geothermal unit for our upstairs level and Callabresi is the company to go to for servicing a Geothermal unit. Thanks, Jeff, for your excellent service. Rich & Linda Benson
