  It's perplexing that there are so many negative reviews because I witnessed a man who was genuinely interested in solving my home's problem, not in taking my money. Scott responded quickly to an emergency Sunday call and he didn't act as though I was an interruption to his day off. This was, by far, the friendliest customer service I have ever had the pleasure of receiving. The Payless phone number is now a permanent part of my phone's contact list--I won't be calling anyone else. Thank you, Scott, for being a phenomenal public servant!!

  Worst plumber I’ve ever dealt with. Specifically the owner. Refused to call us back, was nasty on the phone, and I ended up having to beg our home warranty to send someone else to handle our plumbing issue. The plumber they sent instead said they are called out to fix Payless’s issues all the time, so I’m not the first person with this problem.

  I would highly recommend Scott and his guys to anyone in need of an honest and trustworthy contractor. I"ve used them for a number of years now. They are all kind, courteous and professional. I am more than happy to call them my plumber!
