  Charles and Pamela at Call-A-Plumber epitomize they meaning of a hometown business that goes out of their way to help their customers solve a problem. Let’s face it. You don’t call for plumbing services if everything is working perfectly in your life! I had clients with a problem with their shower valve and Pamela and Charles helped me (and my clients) so much! They proactively reached out to my clients to personally speak with them to reassure them the problem was being resolved. The owner of the business, Charles Duncan, personally went to the distributor to pick up the part and he personally went to the location to install, making sure my client was kept informed at every step of the way. Now. Where do you get service like that these days? From Call A Plumber! So. Do yourselves a favor. Call A Plumber when you need to call a plumber. They are amazing people and they do amazing work!!

  As the owner of a real estate company dealing in high-en properties, it’s imperative the service companies I use and refer are top notch. I have used Call A Plumber for years. The service and support they offer is impeccable. Among the business practices I most appreciate are their professionalism and promptness. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable. They have been able to quickly analyze and solve complex problems efficiently, not stopping until the issue is fixed the first time. Another business practice I really appreciate is that when you call the office, the Business Manager actually answers the phone! (So rare these days!). Call-A-Plumber’s prices are very reasonable and they have the proper credentials to be approved by the exclusive condo buildings in the city. So. If you want an excellent, knowledgeable plumbing contractor, who prompt, polite, trustworthy and reasonably priced, “Call - A - Plumber”. You will be as pleased as I.

  I have been using Call A Plumber at my building for the past thirteen (13) years. They have always been fair and courteous every time I have needed service. Always arriving on time and a great value for what they do. I will continue to use their services as long as I am the Property Manager of this building.
