Gas control thermostat and burner were supposedly replaced but the error continued from the minute the service person left. From that point on I never heard from them again and they wouldn’t respond to any of my phone calls and attempts to reach out. Ended up hiring another plumber who actually replaced both components and now my water heater works great. Don’t call C&M unprofessional plumbing , they will leave you stranded. Awful customer service, companies like this give plumbers a bad name.

I'm sorry for experience. This C&M Plumbing Inc. You mentioned C&M Professional plumbing in your review. We are two different companies. Im the owner of C&M Plumbing Inc. I did not service your water heater. I have great customer service and would not treat a customer this way.
