  I can't say enough about this place. Every time I have come here I get helped quickly, the shop owners are knowledgeable, and I love the family shop vibe. Today, I visited, and I had a very unique problem. Brother's is the only place that had the part and knew what I needed to do. Their inventory is better and easier to navigate than a big box store. I wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing questions/parts.

  Very professional and friendly staff. I went to another hardware store I usually go to for plumbing supplies they were out of what I had. I called ahead to ask if they had the specific part I needed for my shampoo bowls at my Salon. He said he had what I needed , I brought in the old part I was looking for and the store has exactly what I needed. I will be coming here for my plumbing needs. I got in and out in no Time.

  Excellent customer service. First on the phone and again in person. They had exactly what I needed. They were even recommended to me by an other company. I'll be shopping there again.
