While the cover was off of our vent our cat crawled in the duct and couldn’t get out. I called Budget Heating and Cooling and they immediately sent two people out. They were very professional and got my cat out quickly and safely! We will definitely be using them for future services since they were so great helping us out with our cat emergency.

Our technician was Blake Weaver. He was very professional, greeted us with a smile, and was very friendly. He was thorough, found the problem, and fixed it. We will certainly use this company again. We didn't have to wait long for him to come out to take care of us either.

I was able to get next day service during the busy time of year.  The technician, James Todd, had my air working very quickly.  He was also honest and fair.  I've been thankful to be able call Budget Heating and Cooling for several years now.

I can not say enough great things about this company. James was on the spot when our unit broke down Friday, 3/27/2020, Instead of trying to put a band-aid on the unit, James worked with me to get a new unit replaced. The first available was Wednesday, 4/1/2020, but when he noticed that we had three kids in the house, he scheduled the replacement for the next day. Great company with great folks working there. They will always have my business. Thank you!!!!

Very prompt and responsive! When my heat went out last Friday, they got someone out that same day and had my issue diagnosed and taken of within a few days (it was a pretty big issue that couldn’t be fixed in one trip). Blake is very professional, and is quick to answer any questions or concerns. He also installed a new unit for my parents a few years back and has worked on it a couple times since then. When my dad passed away, he was kind enough to send my mother a card of condolence. We can’t say enough good words about this company. Good work done by good people!

Great experience. The technician came out to my house and quickly ascertained the problem with my a.c. unit, and the next morning he returned with the replacement part, and fixed the issue quickly; in less than ideal weather conditions, I might add. He wasn't just professional, he was also very friendly (I'm talking going above and beyond, by doing things such as engaging in small talk about life in general, and petting our dog to put it at ease that there was a stranger there). Highly recommend them without hesitation.

James came out and helped us in every way he possibly could. We loved how personable he was and his willingness to go above and beyond what we expected. I will definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends. Couldnt have asked for a better experience with a company.

I have nothing but great things to say about Budget Heating and Cooling.  They were always timely in servicing my old HVAC.  So, when I was looking to replace my old Trane, I certainly was going to consider Budget.  I got comparable quotes from a couple of other places, but Blake's knowledge and willingness to thoroughly explain the differences in the products spoke volumes about his professionalism.

Blake with this company is great. After having a horrible experience and jumping through hoops with another ac company I was told to give them a try. BEST DECISION EVER!!!! This isn't the first time I've used Budget Heating and Cooling. The first time, they took care of a small problem at no charge at all. This time my HVAC unit's fan motor had gone out. They fit me in on a busy day to check it out. They had to wait for a part but took care of the problem the next business day and cleaned another part of the unit at no charge. They have always been wonderful to work with.

Absolutely love Budget, very friendly, helpful. And knowledgeable about that they do.
One of the installers even took time to fix a broken step coming off my back porch.

I’ve complained several times and they’ve come out and been very nice and timely but have not fixed the problem. I have two small children and a house that is 76+ degrees.
