We called Buckmaster in May of 2021 because we were having issues with our heater. They sent out a technician the next day who was able to resolve our issues. My husband paid the tech with cash for the service. It was under $100 and we kept our receipt for a while but eventually it was thrown away due to thinking we didn’t need it anymore…. Fast forward to January 21, 2022! We have not heard from Buckmaster since and we haven’t had a reason to contact them. I receive an invoice for the service that was done in May 2021. I called them right away because it seemed like it had to be a mistake. They fed me some info that their office lady at the time wasn’t doing her job correctly and this is why they just came across invoices that have been sitting. I explained that this was months ago and I know that I am not one to not pay my bills plus I pay bills for a living so I am more then likely going to call a business if I haven’t received an invoice so that I can pay it IF I didn’t pay already. She ensured me that I never paid. So I paid it over the phone. It seemed weird and off so I called my husband since he is the one that dealt with it on site. He immediately remembered that he did pay for the service on site with the tech. I called Buckmaster back and explained that this is an error and we in fact did pay. She then said without a receipt, they wouldn’t reverse the payment… I have called them countless times and they say they are going to call me right back.. it’s been over a week and nothing. Very fishy and super weird. I believe they could handle this situation better. Best recommendation is to keep your receipts… forever with this company. CRAZY!

Thank You Kaylee for the honest review, in fact we did have some issues last year with some billings not going out or receiving payments, we have since worked out those bugs and please accept my apologies for this miscommunication for Services rendered last year for 59.00 which has been determined you paid cash for. Thank you Buckmaster for having very professional, nice, respectful and knowledgeable men under your employment. We have had Wes and Erik working at our home. Both are excellent workers that really know there business. They take a stressful situation and make you feel confident that everything will be fine. They are good. Buckmaster is very lucky to have these fine young men working for them and we are Blessed to have them show up when we need help. Thank you Erik and Wes.

Robert came to my home today and fixed a problem that I had in a few short minutes. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and his friendly attitude. 👍🏼 Again Buckmasters has been the best!
