  Our pressure switch failed and I was able to have a technician come out the same day. Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and made sure everything was running properly. I highly recommend Brown Plumbing for plumbing services!

  These guys came out last year after my mobile homes heat tape stopped working causing the main line and some others to freeze up. They came out with several heaters to unfreeze the pipes, put new heat tape on and made sure there was no inside leaks. These guys are amazing. They work hard, fast and very professional. I definitely recommend theese guys for any of you plumping needs !

  They showed up on time, but they brought the wrong pan for their new water heater. After trying to use my old rust pan only to find it would not work they had to leave to get the correct part. When they returned the “new guy” that was in training completely removed the drain plug from the old water heater causing a small flood that got into my walls and carpet. I had to run and get all my towels to control the water. The rest of the install went fine and I was going to let it go until I got the bill. It was hundreds over what I was told it would cost. I would recommend using anyone else.

  We enjoyed working for Mr. Cronin and were quite surprised by his review. Yes, the pan that was sized and provided by our supplier was the wrong one and we had to return it for the correct size (at no charge). We did have to remove the drain valve as the water heater would not drain due to build-up. We ran a long screwdriver up through the build-up then quickly screwed the drain valve back on. We expected to get some water on the concrete floor and was sweeping it into the drain when the customer volunteered to get some towels to soak up the rest of the water. We appreciated that. We were unaware Mr. Cronin was not satisfied with our services until we received his review. We called him and found out there was a discrepancy with the estimate, between what the customer understood/remembered, and what our standard over-the-phone estimate was. We asked what he thought a fair price was for the water heater replacement. We accepted his offer and he paid immediately. In the end, Mr. Cronin received an excellent installation at a fair price.
