We have used this business since they used to be Farquhar's way back when we purchased our home in 1995. At that time they removed the baseboard heating system and installed a furnace and air conditioning unit. They have always been prompt, very kind, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I just had to call them a week ago and they arrived within 15 minutes and had my furnace back up and running within 30 minutes. Highly recommend them!

They have been dragging us along since March to get a brand new Geothermal HVAC system installed in our farmhouse. Every time we talked to them it’s a delay of another week because of someone else’s fault. And now they won’t even return a text or call to update us. I could be sitting a comfortable home right now if I had gone with a different company, but now I am “enjoying” not having any air in 90 degree weather. We have changed or work schedules around multiple times so that we would be available for them to “start next week” like they always said, so I’m out a lot of time and money for shifts I gave to someone else from this ordeal. I’ve never had so much trouble getting someone to take my money. If they had told me truthfully of delays at the beginning I would have been fine with that. One of the most disrespectful companies I have ever worked with.

Sarah, We are saddened by your posting of the situation where your Geo system is not yet installed. As you have been in touch with our Project Team, it sounds like you can see these past weeks have caused many delays in components to equipment by many of our suppliers as well as working with businesses that are short staffed to cause delays out of our control. We are not passing blame, we are trying to be upfront with you that components of this project are not available to get the cooling set up. We have been told parts should be in only to learn they are not. Our hope was to get your project started, only to find delays in shipments of parts and drilling delays. Unfortunately we are still waiting on parts. The manufacturer has even sent information this is on them, not a delay by Accurate. This is not a good situation and we do appreciate the opportunity to provide you this Geothermal system. As we learn of the arrival of parts, we will call to schedule the specific time of our install.
