Chris from Brown Heating and cooling came to repair our AC unit. He was able to quickly find the issues and fixed them n the spot. He was able to give me some great information about the system. Chris’s was able to be of great assistance with energy saving Ideas that  I may want to look into for the future. I had other concerns related to the setup of my system, and Chris confirmed some of these issues I was seeing. Overall, the service was outstanding. Thanks Chris for all you do.

Brown heating and cooling were our heroes this week. When our A/C stopped working we called them. Andrew arrived promptly and we had to replace the old one. He gave us a good deal and we ordered a new unit. They sent 2 super, professional guy who installed the unit in about 5 hours. We were back to relaxing in comfort. Thank you for your excellent service. Brown has always been there for us and always give the best service. You’re number 1 with us

They came back for our annual ac checkup.  Our unit, bought and installed by Brown, works fine but our ductwork fell apart at the return vent.  They called their service guy who proceeded to tear up the ductwork, then declare that he could not fix it until we redid the under-flooring and left us with a huge duct just coming thru the floor laying in my dining room.    If they install your ductwork, just be sure to periodically check it; we were air conditioning the world and pulling outside unfiltered air thru our unit.

I Apologize if there was any confusion in my technician's report, or in any of our following conversations, but, as we showed you with pictures, the subfloor of your mobile home was rotted through and there was no way to connect a duct properly to the rotted wood. We recommended you hire a carpenter to repair/replace that section of subfloor, then offered to return and repair the duct and connection after that was completed. The technician left the duct temporarily stubbed through the floor into your home to draw return air so your air conditioner would still function for you while you were in the process of hiring someone to repair your floor. We never heard back from you after our conversations explaining this.

Andrew was personable and SO helpful with our Air Conditioning problem.  He was efficient and worked in a very professional manner.  Needless to say, by the time he left, our Air Conditioner was humming away!

From first call to receiving the bill for payment the folks at Brown were professional and excelled in customer service! First time customer and they were onsite within 45 minutes of making an appointment. Very efficient and reasonably priced.  Our ac technician Jose was the best. Very thorough and informative along with having a wealth of knowledge. Thanks to Carol Jose and Brown for taking a ‘hot’ mess and changing it into a great experience!

When our AC unit failed, we called Brown, since they had become our favorite for maintenance servicing.   The service person who came was the general manager, Andrew.  He explained all the options to us for repair/replace.  We decided to install a new unit, and he did a temporary fix so that the unit might make it through the weekend.

Excellent installation on Monday by Randy and Rudy (pictured)!  They were competent, professional, courteous, and answered all our questions.  They completed to installation in about 4 1/2 hours, including site clean up.  Brown HVAC continues to provide us superior service  and continues to be our favorite.

Brown lived up to their great reputation.

I had two air conditioners that were not working.  One had leaked from the second story down into the garage.  Carol knew just who to send when I didn’t explain the issue very clearly and was so pleasant to deal with that you feel like you are speaking to an old friend.

The Brown family run a very efficient and professional operation. Everyone involved was on time, friendly and answered all of my questions

A special thanks to Gage.  I was quite pathetic the day he was here facing the possibility of replacing two AC units.  He was able to repair the downstairs unit and was very kind and patient explaining the process for replacing the upstairs unit.  He is definitely an asset to the Brown team.

And to Carlos......you are quite a character.  Get a tan on that beer gut baby.  I have nothing but respect for the hot, back breaking work the two of you do.

Of all days for the AC fan motor to go - THe 4th of July! I called and Jose was here within 2 hours. Unfortunately he did not have another motor, He actually was very concerned about leaving us with no AC.  He made it so we could use the fan to circulate the air in the house. He checked his truck and found a second hand one that might work. Then told us he would check in the garage and the warehouse for a new one. No luck ,He then came back the next morning to install the second hand one. and got the AC up and running! Jose rescheduled. an appointment to install the new, one. It was so refreshing to have that kind of service. A person who was truly concerned about our well being. I have heard from neighbors talk about their AC companies, some of which do not work holidays."it'll be two  days or weeks before we get there." I have  recommended Brown everytime.  Jose is a true professional, knows his trade and provides customer service. ( a lost art )

I used Brown Heating & Cooling based on their location and reviews being really positive. I had an external fan unit not powering on. BH&C came out and attempted to diagnose the issue for 3 hours. Their resolution was to replace the expansion coil which would have to be cut and replaced for $3,500. The other solution they provided was a $5,500-$6,000 York A/C Unit. They gave talking points of 10 year warranty, they are the only ones you can find parts during COVID, and they were better than my current unit. After discussing with my wife, we decided to get a second opinion with another company. The next company came out and diagnosed it within 5 minutes. The issue ended up being a $20 part, the contactor, on the outside fan unit.

After reviewing your service history with us, we located the service call in question on April 18th. Unfortunately, the technician that was dispatched to your home was new to our company, and this was his first weekend on-call with us. We were unaware of his lack of service knowledge, until he ran a few service calls and made it obvious to us. Unfortunately, as a business, we don't know someone's full service experience until we put them into the field to see what the extent of their knowledge is.

That being said, there is no excuse for what happened, and I truly apologize. The technician in question that was dispatched to your home no longer works for us, and I apologize for any and all dissatisfaction he may have caused. I only wish I had known about the issue sooner, so we could have sent out one of our higher level, experienced technicians to properly diagnose and address all of your concerns.

Please know that this is not a common occurrence with our customers, and we strive for 100% satisfaction daily. If there is anything I can do to remedy the situation at this point, please feel free to reach out at any time.
