He's very good at what he does. I had to call Brian's Plumbing for a monster toilet clog. We're thinking my toddler may have flushed a Thomas train or something. My husband broke 2 plungers and a very basic auger you can get at Lowe's. But Brian's industrial auger was the key. He put his all into it and unclogged that beast. Just in time for my parents and younger sisters to visit for Christmas. The price wasn't bad at all. ๐

Brian flushed our tankless hot water heater and repaired our sand trap under our home. He was very professional, arrived on time, and fixed our problem. He was very patient answering our questions and explaining what he did! His costs were very reasonable! He will now be our go to plumber!

Overpriced and delivered different service than what was promised. Service that was agreed to was a replacement of the spout for a new spout. This was after providing pictures via text message. $250 was the agreed to cost for this. When he arrived, while he fixed the problem, he did NOT replace the spout with a new one like we had agreed to. A competing plumbing company quoted me $175 for the same fix. I only went with Brian's Plumbing for $250 because it was agreed that a new spout would be installed. Going back on the word is not good business.

Mr Fowler, you were quoted the price a week ago, I did exactly what needed to be done in order to fix your issue. It would not have been fair for me to just start replacing unnecessary parts. Your Dad and I had a nice conversation before I left and he was very happy to have his shower back. My rates have been the same for many years. I provided you with the exact service that you had requested. As we stated to you on the phone we apologize that you feel this way.
