  Update: Will was supposed to come back with a part he said we needed. I reached out via text and phone to no avail. The office line no longer works. Ended up having to have yet another company come out to finally attempt to truly fix it and wish I wouldn’t have written the original review for Fuller Services so quickly. Will came out for our Navien tankless water heater (on a Sunday) after several other companies had been out in the past. He knew exactly what was going on and gave us options to save on gas. He was knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend Fuller Services!!

  DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. This company ripped us off. They got over $800 from us by installing something in our ejector pump and did not fix the problem but instead caused other issues and did not reimburse us or anything. Then tried to tell us we had to get a new ejector pump that would cost us over $5000. We got another plumber to come out and they said the job that Fuller did was incorrect and is what made the problem worst. These guys fixed our issue and only charged us $145.00. It looks like they were trying to only fill their pockets with our hard earned dollars. Once we told him the name of the company that did our work he said there are major law suits against this company and they are known for not completing the job or making it worst. AGAIN I SAY DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

  You’re upset because you didn’t understand the situation, I talked to your husband for over and hour on the phone and told him I would refund him the money and he declined the offer. Whatever your other “plumber” did wasn’t the correct fix. Maybe we should call the EPA and let them come test the water quality in the creek behind your house where you let raw sewage dump for weeks until you could fix the problem. You want to talk about ripping someone off? Thats a 10k fine, plus cleanup costs. That’s really going to line someone’s pockets. I was trying to fix your problem correctly and not rig it up to work just to “get you by”. If that’s the kind of work you want, I totally understand, getting things fixed correctly is costly and some people just can’t afford it, I understand. Maybe the EPA will be courteous enough to finance that fine for you though. Best wishes from the Fuller team 😁

  I have used Fuller three times over the last year and have always been impressed with their staff's friendly professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. Their prices have always been reasonable and they are fast workers. I have worked with Michael and Will most recently, and both did a great job for our family. I constantly recommend them to others in need of plumbing services. Keep up the great work!
