  Mr Booker saved me from purchasing a brand new furnace that I did not need at the request of A- Advance heating and air conditioning. Mr Booker looked at the information on my unit and told me that I only needed a replacement part and freon. I had one other issue with my unit and Mr Booker could have told me anything or charged me anything but he told me it was just a wire that had burned out and he did not charge me for that visit. I find him to be reliable and trustworthy and a very professional young man. I highly recommend Mr Booker !

  I had a central air unit that completely stopped working during a heatwave after a different company performed a bad repair job. Booker stood out from other companies I reached out to by being more responsive with greater speed and concern. They were able to schedule me earlier than other companies out of concern for my family; they were able to obtain the proper unit and find the correct air handler when other companies were indicating the need for duct modification that would damage my interior; and given all of this, they came in at a much lower price. Of note, they were the only company who wore masks when entering my home during the time of COVID--this shows clear concern for their customers and their community.

  Here in late August, my fairly new HVAC unit started working intermittently. My thermostat was not controlling the operation of the unit. So I called up Booker HVAC on Monday and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Service was timely, thorough and affordable. It was explained to me, in a way that I could understand, that the problem was likely the float switch. Now my blood pressure and my home temperature are COOL! If needed, I would without question call on Booker HVAC again.
