  What a wonderful experience! From start to finish we felt we were working with a trusted partner who was the definition of excellence in service. The appointment was painless and smooth, our service technician was prompt, communicative, respectful, thoughtful, helpful and clean. He went above and beyond to make sure we thoroughly understood what was happening and when. I could not speak highly enough of the professionalism.   I've used Bob Oates for the past several years. I'm never disappointed by their on-time, friendly, and professional service. I had my mainline sewer jetted this service call. After a camera scope, I was given choices about what needed to be done. There was no sales pressure, no doom scenarios, etc. if I didn't do such-and such. Because the staff had finished sooner than expected, the original quote given to me was reduced to reflect that time difference. I had already made out the check for the original quote but was told that price was less because of reduced service time. Wow! No way I would not call BO for any plumbing services. Great outfit.
