  They were quick, kind, affordable and are now who I recommend to those who are having plumbing, heating, or air issues. Bob Jay’s is my go to business. They have unclogged pipes in my house a couple of times, repaired and installed my AC, and they are quick, honest, clean, and kind! Top notch!

  Wonderful company with amazing employees. Very caring and compassionate. Work was done fantastically. Ron was great at the service at my home and did an amazing job at explaining everything to me. Very much recommend this company!!

  The tech was in my house less than 15 minutes. The heater would kick on and then kick right back off. He opened the panel went to his truck GOT A BRUSH, no other tools. He came back inside and said dust and carbon can build up on some bar and the sensor will detect it and kick the heater back off. HE BRUSHED THE BAR went and turned on my heater and it stayed on. I was expecting to pay a minimum of one hour for coming out. I was charged 184.00. I called and they offered to take 10% off ($18.40). I have always used them in the past, they have lost a customer. I use to consider them fair and reasonable, not anymore.
