I hired Blue Ridge Mountain Services to hang up Christmas lights, they are one of very few in the area that provide this service. They were very prompt and responsive to provide a quote which was a fair quote for the job. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Not only did they install the lights, but they found a couple of issues pertaining to a gutter guard installation we had done by another company a couple months ago. If you are looking for top notch professionals that provide fair price and reliable services then look to these guys.

Niko from Blue Ridge services starts out of the gate wonderfully. Work seems to be going along well and then all of a sudden he will disappear for days on end. Never to return to finish the work. The work he did partly complete is not as advertised. Seamless gutters and seamless gutter guards are just that seamless into and one piece not several pieces cut and splice together, this is what’s failing on a brand new insulation not even six months old. I have called and text for more than four months and cannot get a return call text message or a visit to repair the shotty work. They were paid 100% of the contract before completion of the job. This was at the request of Nico who needed the money for Thanksgiving. My wife and I wanted to help him and his family and we even gave him an additional $500 cash to help his family for the holidays. PS - I also hired him in the winter to do additional work painting Power Washing staining the deck and painting handrails which is partially finished all the furniture left out in the yard never put back on the deck and the handrails were supposed to be sanded as they are Rall iron pipe and painted and all he did was slap a little bit of paint on certain rusted spots instead of sanding the iron safety rails and completing the entire job. We are sincerely sorry for your disappointment in our company especially coming from a customer that we return to upwards of 10 times to ensure customer satisfaction and even going to the lengths of doing things that aren’t agreed or a part of your quote or invoice. Receiving such a harsh and negative review is troublesome. As for the comments about our seamless gutters we installed on your home, you were informed numerous times that there was an overgrown tree literally growing into your facia board and that it would need to be removed for us to install a 65 foot seamless gutter you informed us you and your wife liked the tree and did not want it cut We told you that’s fine We would have to cut the gutter to be able to slip it behind the tree you informed us that, that was OK now you’re mentioning that you’re mad that there’s a seam in your gutter as for your painting job your original quote was $4800 after talking us down to $2000 because you informed us you couldn’t afford it, We told you that We don’t mind helping people from time to time and that We would be doing this for no labor fee only material cost so We made no money off the shop you proceeded after that to frantically texting calling us upwards of 50 times between text messages and calls some of these calls and text messages being at 11 o’clock at night to ask when We were going to be out to complete this job even after informing you that it’s snowing raining and 30° most days as stain will not bond or stay in degrees that low you informed us that you didn’t care and you wanted it done before Christmas day because of that We had to work 2 to 3 hours a day in between rain and snow to stain, Prep-paint and repair on a job you are not even really paying for. We worked all the way up to Christmas Eve everything was fine until We received a call and a text message at 3 AM on Christmas morning informing me We need to get all the way back up in the beach mountain on your home and put your furniture that you should’ve moved for us so We can do our job as We did not include moving your furniture and all your personal belongings around your home so We did it once for free. you wanted me to go back and put all the furniture on there so you and your friends can see the nice job I did by the time you got there at Christmas Day. at that point We realized The customer was impossible to please. We completed all the work as agreed And had done everything you wanted and went above and beyond and yet still this is what it is come to unfortunately. There is no more action for us to take and there’s nothing left for us to do to do to please you and We are sorry that you feel this way but slandering us, Blue Ridge Mountain Services and harassing and calling us needs to stop, please stop leaving voicemails please stop texting our Facebook please stop leaving messages on my Google at this point you were just harassing and stalking in the hopes to get your way what is your way to get free work from us because it worked the first time and now here you are.
