We had good experiences in the past with Associated at our previous residence of 15 years. When renovating a new residence this year, we called them to replace two old HVAC units. They were excellent in all parameters. From communicating well, flexibility in scheduling, quality of work, professional crew, cleanliness and courteousness to an installation that is as expected, working well, and installed on time. We are very pleased with Associated Heating and Air Conditioning and their work.

Associated Heating and Air Conditioning did the work to completely replace the heating and air conditioning system as well as replacing the duct work and vents for our church parsonage (Little Rock Baptist Church, Boomer, NC). The crew that did the installation was professional and courteous. They communicated well with us so that we knew when they would be at the parsonage. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and will continue to have Associated HVAC provide the service for our church.

We used Associated Heating and AC for our 2 ton unit and they did a great job. Our 13 year old 1.5 ton unit that we got from Associated had been leaking for a few years. We called Associated again as we knew we would get a good price and professional service. Brad came out as scheduled and worked with us on a few proposals. Thanks for the patience. The install crew was great, arrived on time no mess and very neat work. Services: Installation, Install AC
