  I would HIGHLY recommend using Paul for your water heater needs. He spent more time on the phone discussing my options than another well-known business spent looking at my water heater (and trying to upsell something I didn't need!). Paul is highly-responsive, easy to work with, and will give you an honest assessment of what needs to be done. Plus you can't beat his prices - for much higher quality service and work at that!!!

  Paul was on time and far exceeded my expectations. I was thinking a new water heater might have to be installed, but he examined it and made a minor adjustment and voila it is all good. Cost for the drive by examination was minimal (way minimal!). Highly recommended from my perspective.

  Paul returned my call in five minutes, helped me assess the issue with my water heater, was able to squeeze me into his already busy schedule, texted me when he was on the way to my house, then fixed the problem. He was very prompt, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him and his company.
