The technician arrived on time as he always does. I love that he calls before leaving the shop to let me know an approximate arrival time. Richie was friendly, listened to my concerns about my HVAC unit and fully explained how my system worked. He truly cares about doing a good job. He also made sure that I understood which services were included in my new contract with the company. Any time I’ve had a technician come out to my house for ANY reason their work has been phenomenal!!

A Semi-annual checkup on our Hvac units was performed. A thorough investigation was conducted covering electrical, mechanical operation and thermal outputs. Continuity in circuit boards and thermostats were verified. We were thoroughly satisfied with the process and appreciated the operational information and advice offered by the technician. We have signed up for the annual full service package not only for the content and quality service but for the very reasonable pricing. Thanks to the staff at Blanco A/C, Electrical & Plumbing and our great tech, Mark, for an excellent job.

Mark is awesome to work with! Very professional and super knowledgeable! We trust him with all of our AC/HT needs. Gage did an awesome job on our first time annual hot water tank flush and plumbing inspection. He too is very professional and knowledgeable. Hopefully we can continue to have him continue to come out for our plumbing needs! We invested in the Shield Membership program and it truly is a long-term investment. We are thrilled with the service!
