  This company is great. They did an amazing job on my renovation for a bathroom and laundry room and were very willing to work around my portion of construction on the reno. Great company with great individuals.

  Incompetent installation, permanently damaged our home doing an extremely simple gas line upgrade which they did not fix or pay for. After buying gas and fuel and paying on time for 1 year they left our propane tank run out, without apology, they refilled the tank at twice the cost of another local company’s rates. When I questioned they offered no solution and told me they didn’t need my business. After refilling they did not perform a pressure test on the system as required by state law. After being on automatic delivery of fuel oil for over a year also they are letting our fuel oil tank run empty in the middle of the winter. The only call we’re making is to find a new supplier other than Blanchards. Sadly they bought our local family run business but it’s obvious they don’t share the same customer service ideals...don’t waste your time here there’s 10 other competent fuel suppliers to use.

  We are not sure who this reviewer is referring to, but it is not us. First, we do not have any customer by this name. Secondly, we have been servicing our area for over 40 years; while they claim that the company they are referencing was recently purchased. Again - not us. So, this is either out and out spam, or they are referring to a different company. There is another home heating company by the same name two states over from us, perhaps they are referencing them. It is unfortunate that people can make such false, damaging claims like this without any sort of repercussions when they are either purposely or even mistakenly FALSE

  Great company, just wish they would come to Newport more than 2 times a week!
