  It's always two thumbs up for Black Plumbing. But what really makes this company great is their people. I called Justin and he answered the phone which is very rare around here. My leak was slow and not an emergency but Justin got me on their schedule for next day anyway. Nathan, the technician, is knowledgeable and very courteous. He has excellent customer service skills and is a great representative of Black Plumbing's quality work and expediency. Thank you again.

  We called to have them cap a line that was leaking. the removed an outside hose bib that we did not ask them to remove , they did not ask us , charged $400 to do that , we had them come back to fix the mistake they charged us another $400 to fix their mistake. This is not a professional way of doing business or treating a customer .

  Mr. Bryant and Mr. Cotton were punctual and professional. Both men were very polite and clear about what what they were doing along the way. The billing was fair and transparent. Overall, I would recommend this company to others, and will use them again myself.
