These guys showed up about 20 minutes after calling and fixed our toilet super quickly. Very nice, professional, and did a great job!

When the service worker got there he realized that his gas pressure gauge was broken and had to go back to the shop to get another one. He assured us that the time would not start until he returned since they charged $100. an hour. He returned and worked at checking the pressure. He started at 1:17pm and was completed by 1:47pm. He went to his truck to full out a service receipt. He gave it to me and took off. I called the office to inform them that he wasn't there nearly an hour and had told us that the trip back to the office to replace his broken gauge would not be included in the time. She responded that once they leave the office to go out on a job time starts and does not stop until they return with a receipt, no matter how many trips they make nor the reason. I thought that wall bull but paid my bill. Needless to say, I will never call B R Barnum Plumbing again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

When I originally called they were booked for the week. However, they made time to come the same day and fix the issue I was having. They were kind and polite. They charged exactly what they quoted me over the phone and not a penny more. I will be using them in the future for plumbing issues!
