  I have called this company 3 times over the past year and they are wonderful! Always professional and friendly. They do great work!

  We were extremely disappointed with our experience in the service we received. The technician had to come to our house 3 different times to try fix our furnace because the issue was not resolved each time. The final attempt involved cutting our air intake pipe without our permission, and then asking us for a rag to put into the pipe to stop the intake air flow. Now the intake air comes only from our basement furnace room, rather than from fresh outside air as it has been from the past several years. This makes it inefficient. When we brought the issue up with the owner and secretary at the place of business, our concerns over the bill were dismissed rudely and with no attempt to understand our concerns. We cannot in good conscience recommend this business for HVAC needs. Save yourself the frustration we had to go though and find someplace else with better customer service. I posted a picture of what was done.

  Outstanding company. Hired them to put a mini split heating unit in my man cave and a industrial heater in my pole barn. Did a great job.
