  I was very excited to work with Bill's Plumbing. I received a recommendation from the BNI group that this was a good plumbing company to go with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am Friday. Then, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule to 8am. Mindy or Amanda at the desk apologized for the early time. I took one for the team, moved my schedule around for the day, and said yes to 8am. Mike didn't show up. No phone call from him. No phone call from the office. At 9am I was rushing to my next appointment across town. I called the front desk and spoke with Mindy. I added why no one called me about the no-show and why the plumber didn't show up. She replied something to the time of "Well, it's the owner and he had another appointment and was trying to get that done." I don't understand why I took one for the team to reschedule when this guy decides to have a conflicting appointment. Finally, Mike calls while I'm driving to my next appointment to say "I'm ready to come over." I was furious. I asked why he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. "Well, I was double booked and I don't start my crews till 9 and I've been so busy...." And it was just all excuses. I'm a principled person. If this company can't respect my time and communicate, then I think that's a good indicator of the type of work they do. I caution you if you decide to use this service.

  We had a few inspection items on a home we were purchasing in Monument, one being a leaking pressure valve on hot water heater they repaired the problem; 6 weeks after moving in, we had a leak on same hot water heater, Aaron arrived promptly and replaced the valve at no charge stating they should have replaced it on the initial appointment (different valve). The integrity, honesty and professionalism is above and beyond any I’ve experienced. Thank you to everyone at Bills Plumbing and Drain!

  We have used them several times for shower valve replacement, fixture swap, and toilet installs. Always on time and with great communication. Justin is always available for quick questions or to come out and solve issues.
