  He was given our claim from Choice Home Warranty and never showed up. We even called him after our appointment window to see what happened. He told us he was running late and would be over and STILL NEVER SHOWED UP! It's really sad that he would take on claims from this company and waste someone else's time knowing he wasn't going to come anyway.

  Honestly after reading these reviews I found he just doesn't like warranty services this is unprofessional I'm my opinion to lie and tell people that your coming and taking jobs you don't want and give people the run around and then submit a totally to high estimate simply because you don't want the job thanks for wasting mine and my wife's time

  I called Mr. Brown over a holiday weekend, he responded to my call immediately and scheduled to come evaluate the problem within w days. Not only did he show up on time, he also was able to fix the problem that day for a reasonable price. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. 5 STARS FROM THIS CUSTOMER. I will definitely be using Bill Brown Plumbing in the future. Saved me a whole headache, when other plumbers never responded to my calls or no showed.
