  They don’t give up until everything is perfect. Lee even helped me with and taught me how to do other household repairs. They ended up having to do about 16 extra hours of work on unexpected things that weren’t with the quote. I insisted they give me a bill for that because they did way more work than what I paid for but they wouldn’t take it. The employees they have are incredibly honest, knowledgeable and hard-working. The owners been very blessed to find such a good crew.

  I had a clogged sewage line. First I called rotorouter, they quoted me 1,500 and told me that they wouldn’t touch it unless I got the whole thing replumbed. Then I called quick drain, he was super quick coming out even though his schedule was full. He got the line working after a couple attempts with the auger. I’m so happy to be able to use my facilities again! 10/10 will call again if I need any help with plumbing in the future.

  Columbia Gas turn off the heating gas claiming a leak from the yard line needs repaired and to move the meter outside. Had a 4 day waiting to get D.O.T. certified worker, about a 15 ft. run 20 in. deep dug and covered 2 days @ about $187 per foot. But the heat is on Good Work .
