  Big M is terrific! They replaced our old jacuzzi tub with a new soaker tub. Quick, efficient, polite, personable, best price and absolutely no mess. No damage to the surrounding tile. We definitely recommend Big M to family, friends, and others who need great plumbing work done well at a very reasonable price.

  We had numerous plumbing jobs that needed to be addressed around our home. Our Franke Little Butler water filtration leaked and we needed a new one installed. There were aeration filters that needed replacing on a couple of Toto faucets. In addition we had some minor caulking and tightening of faucets. This was the BEST plumbing experience that I have had any where and we have lived in many locations around the country!!! Sammie and Dominick were a tag team of 'getting it done' and they were pleasant and persistent in their work. Highly competent and experienced (especially Sammy's 23 or so years of experience). Can't tell you how much we appreciate the high level of service quality they provide. Keepers!!! The only plumber we will use in ABQ. Thank you! Linda Ferrell

  After working with two other plumbing companies who failed to fix my radiant heating system/boiler, Big M had it working in about an hour. What i really liked is that they knew what they were doing. i know that sounds funny, but the other two companies sent over some very junior employees who spent lots of time, changed a few parts, and charged me lots of money. the guys they sent over diagnosed the problem quickly and it has been working better than it has for years. i will call on these guys again
