  They drove to Austin to repair my GE Cafe refrigerator on a warranty deal. They also quickly diagnosed and repaired an issue with my dishwasher (at no charge and was not apart of the service request.) I might add I had a plumber look at this and they didn’t find the issue. Super rare to meet such stand up folks and would HIGHLY recommend their services.

  A wonderful, friendly, family owned business that offers great appliance sales and service. We had a big refrigerator in our basement and Big Dave's sent over a crew that worked for half a day to remove that huge refrigerator. We really enjoyed visiting with great workers, who had the best prices in town.
