  WOW! Totally feel like I struck gold meeting Eric and hiring Big Bear for my plumbing projects! These reviews are spot on, this was the best plumber experience I've had to date. - Eric answers his phone! - The services were able to be done next day! - The work is top notch and I'm incredibly happy with the speed of work and the quality. - Eric LISTENS!   Eric has been the hero on my kitchen remodel, saving the day multiple times and being ready and available to help in my less than ideal plumbing situation and water emergency. He is honest and will get the job done, then go above and beyond and show up when other plumbers would say I don't have time for that. So thankful for his work!

  We called about 10 different plumber's no one would come out for at least a week. meanwhile we have water coming from the wall into our house we purchased 3 days prior. Eric came out immediately and I mean immediately! He was very polite and helpful from the beginning to end. He was very fast and efficient the best contractor I have ever encountered by a mile and unfortunately I have too much experience with plumbing issues and contractors. We have most definitely found our plumber and plan on having him come back for toilet replacement and any further issues. I'm so grateful we have a go to guy from now on. Thank you so much for helping us out and it'very appreciated and was an actual pleasure. we can see why he has such great reviews. Megan and Shawn
