Without a doubt the staff of Bi City is a Family; as such they treat all of their customers as FAMILY! Pam, Paul, and Leslie, again thanks so much for what y'all do each and everyday.   Really do appreciate James for coming out and checking on our unit, our AC was not blowing cool air. It happened to be late in the evening already, and James was able to make it a priority to get our AC up and running as soon as possible. I recommend, all over again!

  Good, trustworthy help is hard to find. if you are looking for anything HVAC look no further. I've been working with Bi City for over a year now on a fairly regular basis. Customer service is impeccable, staff is friendly as well as knowledgeable. As a business owner there is comfort in knowing that when something goes wrong these guys are there to help.
