  First time customer of Berkshire heating. My oil boiler had bit the dust and needed to be replaced. Called up Berkshire and they had Doug the comfort advisor to my house the same day he checked my old system out and give me a estimate for replacement with natural gas system. The price was very fair and Tim who did the install was a great guy very well mannered and professional. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Also want to thank Tim's crew for their kindness and the excellent job the had done.From start to finish of the boiler replacement it went so smooth. Very pleased and impressed with the service that I received.

  Very happy with Berkshire. I called yesterday, after having no heat for 2 days and they fit me in today. Our tech was Sean and he did a great job. Friendly and courteous. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. Didn't get charged an arm and a leg, I felt the price was very fair and less than I thought. I would definitely recommend them.

  Tim Carriveau was here today to do a simple repair to one of my indoor mini split units. He was extremely professional pleasant to speak to and friendly. He wore a mask and was concerned about cleanliness. He called ahead of time to notify me that he was on his way and was very prompt. I highly recommend Tim and more so highly recommend Berkshire Heating And Cooling.
