Tim was the technician who came out on a Sunday to repair a pipe that had burst in my basement ceiling. Tim was very professional and did a great job to repair my leak. I was thoroughly impressed with the work he did and how efficient he was in completing the work. He kept me informed about what he was doing and how much the repair was going to cost. I was also impressed with the communication I received from Benjamin Franklin. I got emails and texts from the company introducing me to Tim prior to his arrival and informing me of the time he would arrive. Overall a very professional organization. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

Robert did a great job replacing the manifold plumbing system the same day. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with the work. I was impressed besides the fact of getting notified but they also send a message of tech info and photo before arriving. I recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing .

Tim was just about the best we could have hoped for considering the circumstances. He came out late at night, diagnosed the problem, and was very informative as he performed his work. The drain which had been backing up in our shower had the pressure released and then he used a different machine to punch through the item that caused the clog. He gave us a few quotes to fix the problem on a long term basis, but until then we are more aware of things to do to keep this from happening again. Would highly recommend Tim!
