Jared from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out same day on a Sunday... Fixed my broken hot water heater, and completed the job within 2 hours... On a Sunday no less... Just fantastic!!! Thanks Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!!!

Excellent! 3 rd plumber to look, only one to ID H/C lines were simply crossed. now have hot water! He's a keeper!

Jared came quickly and inspected the issues. My almost new kitchen faucet needed a minor fix and he gave me an estimate to replace it for some $750. I happily gave him his $99 service fee and fixed the issue myself in $20. It was a pain for couple of hrs but definitely worth it.
