Very pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Would like to sing the praises of John Dunn who not only repaired our toilets but educated us on our water quality which led us to allow him to install a complete whole house water filter and salt-free system to have healthy, chemical free water. Very knowledgeable, personable, professional and patient with all our questions. We have a contract with them in the event of future needs and feel very secure with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service! Mike had arrived early, explained the work that would have to get done, and did a professional installation. We had him install a water filtration system for our house (we recently moved to Florida and learned about all the damage that the city-supplied water can do to your pipes and your health). He was courteous, respectful and efficient. We will definitely be calling back for any of our plumbing needs!

I needed a fast hot water tank replacement. They came the same day, done. After that had to have shower valves replaced with no access panel, did that too! Been having them do annual check. And awesome job everytime. On time and prices given before job starts. Fantastic. Brian C. & Mike have been techs they let you know they're one the way and actually show up as promised.
